What vehicle do you have? There are a few variations of the 3.4, of you have a 3400sfi how ever, the intake is all more less a bolt on, the throttle body you will need a TB adaptor and make a custom cable bracket, and possibly change the TB lever with your stock one. Intake requires and fpr bracket as well

    Its runs!!!>>>Aint No 60* Sound Like Mehttp://youtu.be/YKEmNwa141U

only if you intend to do the 3500 upper and lower intake manifolds, if you do just the upper, I think it's damn near a bolt on and go thing.

no, the lower is not a bolt on without the heads.

Not quite. I think you have to use 3500 heads in order to use the 3500 LIM/UIM on a 3400 block. There are also many differences between the 3400 & 3500 UIM including MAP sensor, coil bracket, vacuum ports, and TB mount design. All can be addressed but it's not a straight bolt on and go swap by any means. There's lots of info in these forums that will answer most of your questions and I'd do some research before you start buying parts.

                    sounds right to me.

No...not on a stock 3400 engine. The 3500 UIM uses a different coil mounting bracket, MAP sensor, and doesn't have the same number of vacuum ports as the 3400 UIM, so you have to tap the 3500 UIM to add vacuum line connections. There are also FPR clearance issues when using the 3400 fuel rail so you may have to grind a portion of the 3500 UIM to allow FPR clearance. Sorry guys, but putting a 3500 UIM on a 3400 is not plug-N-play despite what those who haven't actually done it themselves may think or tell you. Yes, the 3500 UIM does bolt on to the 3400 LIM, but that's where the similarities to the stock 3400 UIM end.

The 3500 MAP sensor requires an adapter cable to connect it to the 3400 engine harness MAP connector. Using the 3400 MAP would require a vacuum port the 3500 UIM doesn't have in addition to the MAP mount being different.

Mike @ Milzy Motorsports has an adapter kit for the 3400 coil bracket as well as the MAP sensor harness adapter. I'm not sure that spending a few hundred dollars just for a 3500 UIM swap alone would be worth any small performance gains versus doing a 3500 top swap or complete 3500 engine swap though.

I think only do the top swap.. too much cash for noting. i think i'll only change de TB. I'll take the TB adaptor and if one day i want to do the total swap its the same Adaptor...
