I never had any clogging problems unless I turned up the heat on my Dremel (30,000 RPMs). I didn't like it spinning that fast anyways because it didn't really do any better going fast than slow..."I am not what you so glibly call to be a civilized man. Burrs don't clog unless you are pushing too hard, stones will on aluminum. Iron and stones make a great pair lol.
I don't know how many, but I will say this, mine damn near caught on fire, melted the brushes into the plastic and everything... chipped out the old brushes (yeah I'm cheap what can I say) put new brushes in an voila! works like new, and it's not quite as bulky as my pneumatic grinder..."I am not what you so glibly call to be a civilized man. If your using an ferrous burr on a non ferrous metal it will clog quickly. If you buy a burr specific to aluminum it will not require much if any oil and will cut very fast and smooth. Dr. Air sells very affordable porting kits for the hobbyist with burrs and sanding rolls in one box.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma

I didn't see a porting kit, I guess I'd have to call for a price?"I am not what you so glibly call to be a civilized man. I have broken with society for reasons which I alone am able to appreciate.
