    If you choose to go with something light, the llr 3.7 might be something to consider. Otherwise the lx9 with mods would be my primary option if applicable... pending if you can hide it as a 3.4/2.8

      Thanks for all the imput , I guess what i'm shooting for is trying to get close to 300hp out of a 3.4 , and still use 92 octane , and run for hours across the desert in the summer Click image for larger version

        Bszopi is right though, use the aluminum heads and make a carb style lower intake. You want as straight of a runner as possible with a carb.

        Something like this should work, using a Gen 3 lower instead of course...
