Unfortunately, they aren't for sale. But, if you have a drill press, some big bits, and somewhere to get a chunk of aluminum, you can build one yourself. See attachment.
hey ive seen your car around. if you want a big throttle body i have a 65mm one from a 3.5l dohc motor. wottech has an adapter for that throttlebody on a 3100 or 3400 intake, you might need to port out the plenum. you would have to figure out the cable situation. you can come out to oronoco junk yard and pick upthe throttle body from me for $10. text me 507-696-9227

i would think it could fit your motor. i dont know about the adapter. i just sold a turbo from one of those motors about a month ago. a motor came in the yard locked up and i took the turbo and flanges off. but i know that it fits on the small port 3100. just a little modifying and everything works. i can find out for sure if you need it. i do live between chatfield and theilman (down by wabasha). i drive a sohc neon for a daily driver. the fiero is in the middle of a motor build and swap
