3500 beretta axle help

i have a 3500 98 z24 and im running a 282. right now i have uneven length axles but i was recently given a beretta intermediate shaft of a ho q4 beretta i want to swap in. its not the sealed (like in a housing) intermediate shaft ive seen on berettas b4 its open has any1 swaped in a 3500 and have any insite on how far off the mounting holes on the engine block are from a q4?

i found that slotting the holes works for some but wondering if any1 had any input.
