How can you say it sounds bad Colin? I love all natural exhaust sound. I bet in a while you will get used to it and actually like it. It is just the cops that will never get used to it.

I remember when we took Lloyds car out with no exhaust. Man that thing was so loud. You couldn't even hear the stereo no matter how loud you put it. And all the sheet metal on the car was pulsating with the exhaust.

Nice runs Colin, that's a great NA time. You're faster then my TGP as well(intake, exhaust, chip) in the 1/4 but we would be pretty close to the 1/8th(I've ran a 9.3X on a 2.1 60' before, spinning off the line a good bit)...that same run netted a 14.705 1/4 mile ET for me..power noticeably drops off after the 1/8th..I guess the Gen II intakes and small T25 turbocharger start taking their toll then.

Headers made my car sound liek ass too. From 2-3000 I hjate it. It just rasps away, and I have a good exhaust. But at idle, and above 4000 under a load, it is MEAN.

So what is up, Colin? I see you have updated your sig with the 14.184 time on slicks, but no story, no juicy details? I'm disappointed!

Sweet run Colin! I am curious as to what rpms your hitting the last 60'? Trying to figure why the trap speed dropped from the street tire run. Better invest in a helmut soon. mmmm

the day i was at the track that i ran that slick time. all of my times were down by 2-3 MPH and 2-3 tenths due to the heat. was a killer hot day. so everything was slow.

the slick was a different diameter tyre as well.

and the other possibility that the mph slowed was due to i actually was able to get traction. if it had been similar conditions out to the 14.3 run i would have likely been a 97 or 98mph run.

i'll defenetly be trying another run on slicks on a cooler day.

Ben. didnt know cheap Citizen watches were bling'ing :P
                              nothing like 5 lb rims.

So do you think we could see 13's on a colder day with no additional mods? Very cool.
