Fuel injector question that I haven't seen covered

I have both a 99 3400 out of a van and an 05 out of an impala. The 05 has the newer style skinny injectors that I've seen covered in all the swap threads. However the 99 has the older style fat injectors. I didn't see this style mentioned in any of the swap threads. I've only seen people discuss using the skinny injectors with a new chip or using the 3.1 injectors at close to max flow. Does anyone know if the 99 3400 injectors would also run super rich like the newer style would on a stock computer?

They are 19# and will run rich on a stock tune meant for a 3.1 MPFI.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll probably be sending you an email in the next couple weeks about getting a chip made. I want to get it running soon, so I'll be using the 3.1 injectors and then swapping over in the spring.
