Max lift with stock Gen II Heads

Hi, im new here, im wondering about a cam swap on my 3.1
whats the max lift the stock heads/ springs can handle??

Im thinking of this cam:

Duration at 0.50 lift: 212 Int/Exh

Max lift at rocker: .440 Int/Exh

what kind of power gains could I expect

Yea that will work fine but you do need new springs. The stockers just don't have enough pressure. Comp has the recommended springs listed.
