Does anyone know the flow rate (lb-hr) for this TBI? I'm in desperate need for an answer to this question.

I would suggest a search on S-Series.org. There used to be a lot of talk on the Holley unit. I believe they are 45lbs but I cannot guarantee that.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma

Hi there!
I'm not 100% sure on injector flow rate. I'd say it's less than the 4.3 has, considering how my truck runs with the Holley vs. a 4.3 TBI with 4.3 injectors, but by how much I'm not sure.1982 Chevrolet S-10 Sport, 2.8V6 TBI
