    You want to run heavy gauge wire from the starter to the trunk, where it will go to the battery. No adapters, just 1 solid line front to back. If you put a fuse here, its gotta be huge for the cranking amps. The ground can go to the trunk or run it back up to the front and ground it on the block. 0 gauge would be a good idea.

        Yup. 8 gauge is used for small amp setups. 4 gauge for 500 watts or whatever. 0 is even bigger.

            Get a battery box that will screw to the trunk. Most parts stores will have something. I highly recommend a sealed battery as well such as an Optima.

                  I dunno i respect him very much, he was nice with helping me about my newbie question plus the work he does for the forum makes him well respected in my book
