in OBD1 the SA is based on engine load so you'll have to figure out the conversion.. but this is what i run on stock 3400's and 3500's. It's on the safe side for most "general" swaps. I have ran more advance but the dyno numbers and datalogs never showed a need for it.

The top side of the table in yellow is imaginary since the top values of the main table only go to 4800 RPM but the ecm uses the last value in the table to go to whatever RPM you rev to. I can slope it 1 degree per 1K RPM after 4800 but that's a little risky.

for WOT Yes, for the part throttle stuff it's all road tuned but it's not far off from the stock 3.1 table in a lot of spots. In my MPG version i run a lot more advance around cruse RPM's, that with LCM enabled makes for a gas sipper.

If i had access to an engine dyno i'd do a lot more but until i win the lottery that's it.
