Right now mine's a gen 2, 2.8 block with 3400 top end. I'm waiting for the next run of LX5 TB adapters before I go for the 3500 UIM. The compression gets pretty low with the 3400 heads ~ 8.5:1 FWIW.Comment

That's why you use .040 headgaskets to get it back up into the mid 9's. You also get much better quench that way.Originally posted by ghrarhg View Post
