i have no idea, but 4000X4657 picture with NO detail is FTL...

i've never even heard of a ITB intake for a Gen2...

1995 Monte Carlo LS 3100, 4T60E...for now, future plans include driving it until the wheels fall off!

there are a few around.. they are all for old gen2 and gen1 stuff though.
