I have planned on using T304 Sch 10 SS 1.5" piping for log style headers.
(1.65" ID and 1.89"OD)

Now I need to get flanges to go from the log manifolds to a crossover.

The smallest 3 bolt flange I can find is 2.25" ID and 2 bolt is 2" ID,

What can use to connect these together?

Ok, so how would this work.
1.5" (1.68"ID 1.89"OD) to homemade flanges with a 1.68"ID then use 2" for the crossover to Turbo?

Could you sketch that out and scan/upload your idea? What position were you thinking of mounting the turbo at? I know sometimes space can be a limiting factor, but the more equal the header length, the more efficient your tune will be.

Equal length would be sweet, however, my space and skills prohibit this.
That is why I am going with a log style.

I am not finding flanges that are small enough to fit the T304 Sch 10 SS 1.5" piping. (red section)

I guess I can make my own? 3 bolt, 2 bolt may not hold up?

Besides being log style, does anyone foresee any issues with using this material for header, then 2" 14 gauge for crossover to Turbo.
(Turbo will be in battery location)

Well, I guess I will order the 5 tees and 2 elbows and other flanges to start.

I have a couple old stock crossovers, maybe I can use those flanges?

I have a bad feeling, the minute I order the elbows and tees and pipe, someone will post and tell me not to and go another way lol.

Have you thought to ask Vibrant about flanges for the pipe you are using. I looked through their catalog, and it appears that have a ton of stuff. Since they sell the Sched 10 piping, they should be able to direct you to flanges that will work with it.

Ya I have been talking with them, they do have anything that small.
Said no one has ever asked for them either?

Guess people just make their own or maybe a 2.25" and reducer?

5 tees 2 elbows 1 foot of straight pipe and the Turbo inlet/outlet flangess with gaskets will run me about $243 CAD including tax.

2" v-band flanges.. Vibrant sells them IIRC, they are a bit pricy.. no gaskets to leak and quick/easy install/uninstall.

Unfortunately the straight pipe is on BackOrder grrrrrrrrrrrr looking to source elsewhere.

Pretty stiff material, and the tool to make the D shape is not big enough and the elbows keep spitting out

Maybe a correctly shaped anvil, some torch time and a ball peen hammer will shape it up for you? Sometimes, you gotta get old school.....lol

yup, have to clean off the work bench to get the torches and metric tools out (hammers for you young guys lol)
