So your saying not to polish the intake becuase it will decress the atomization of the fuel, and not to gasket match the exhaust so it has a vaccum effect when released, correct?

What about for a forced induction setup? I've cleaned up the ports on the exhaust side and took just a smidgen of material in select places. Should any effects (good or bad or null) be of noted?Lifting my front wheels, one jack at a time.

The intake should never ever be polished because it doesn't improve flow and it creates a place for fuel to stick. You want the fuel to stay in the air. The fuel pressure/injector spray pattern are the majority of atomization though.
Exhaust, its not about vacuum really. Anti reversion, and gasket matching is useless for flow.Ben
