Gm DOES axe everything nice, look at what the fiero was becoming, the 1990 prototype was sick.......and I doubt they will ever use the corvette prototype from transformers 2 either, that body, zo6 engine, zr1 suspension, brakes and supercharger=win.....but I doubt they will ever make that body style,let alone combine those elements for the ultimate corvette, the zr1 is great and all, but its not all it could be....its plain jain looking and could have more power with a SC zo6 engine instead of a smaller 6.3......Comment

IIRC, GM's explanation on that was due to the 7.0 having too thin of cylinder liners/walls to reliably make the power it make under boost.Comment
