Lg8 3100 sfi

I've seen a few different things about how to get the most out of the 3100's, but there just doesn't seem to be much out there. The S&S header, is it sold as a 3100 header or 3400? I couldn't find one for the 3100. And I've seen a few things about aftermarket cams and whatnot, but I have to admit it's a little daunting when I can find almost nothing for the 3.1. One more question, is extrude honing and port and polishing the same thing?

Extrude honing pushes an abrasive paste through parts to open them up. Porting is removing materials only in the areas where you grind. Extrude honing is good for parts you can't get to with a grinder, but it is expensive. S&S is out of business now, but they were 3400 headers. 3100 and 3400 is the same basic motor so they would bolt up.
