  • S10 intake on a Fiero?

Is it possible to take a S10 carb intake and install it on a 2.8 Fiero and eliminate the fuel injection? I have huge wiring issues as the person before me patched to harness together and did not pay close attention to wire colors.

if the heads are the same, and i think they are, you should be able to.

      Welcome to the site
Personally, I do not think it would be worth it to in the long run.
If you need it done asap, then go for it, just use the non emissions stuff (not tbi or e-carb on the cali trucks).
A better way to go would be to buy a megasquirt aftermarket computer, which gives you full tunability, it isnt overwhelmingly expensive (under $300), plus you already have all the stuff on the car.

Sure it is possible but it will make more of a mess than you already have. The quickest way to get it running and back to stock is to get a junkyard harness. Or check the forums for one. www.fierostore.com has a used section I believe they may be able to help.

If you get it back to stock then things like service manuals and parts shoping will all make sense to you and anyone trying to work on the car or maybe buy the car in the future.

Better yet... Join the forum at www.fiero.nl and ask for help or if anyone has one. They have a mall section just for requests like that.
