It will be the quickest N/A Beretta, with that poor lowly 3t40! Whatever it takes to do it..

Billy can make the 3t40 live and Rodney will tune it.

Other than that it's cake! Hit the loud pedal, watch the shift light, and hang on,, LOL!

        LOL!!!

I wonder what JohnnyMossville would have ran... He had it in 2 L cars with a 3t40 but no drag runs. It's in my hands now so it won't see a 3t40 though. That cam will sound good Eric.

3500 Beretta, with a very strong 3t40, 3:73 FDR and an EP lsd.

S&S headers, 65mm TCE TB, basically all the food stuff on a GREAT OBD-1 tune.

                Ran 14.0 and 99.75 mph.

NOW Ben has suggested the 3314 profile (.224/224 @ .050/ .536/.536 yadda, yadda)

And as much as I respect the suggestion, and the $30 it cost me, I'm looking for final thoughts on this.

Basically a limited street/drag car. Auto so it has to idle. And it gets driven to all meets/races. Some of which involve hundreds of miles.

                Emissions are not a factor.

SuperDave is big on lots of duration with the 3500, but with and auto that may present idle issues.

And 6500 RPM is about my "Diaper-factor".

ANY thoughts before Friday are appreciated..

                THANX F0LKS!!
you wont regret it, i just got my custom 3400 cam today, and i got my $30 back yesterday, the CSS is basically FREE, it doesnt cost $30 unless u dont buy a cam. what i asked for and what i got was worth its weight in gold.
not only that but everything i have got from WOT has been documented, on time, and most importantly cared for with shipping unlike another site im not going to mention.

It costs $30 which is then credited when you purchase a cam from WOT.

                    No big deal really.

You wouldn't want to do that, not with that cam anyway... you would blow most of the mixture out of the exhaust valve with that much overlap... it would be a waste. Forced induction cams are a lot different than NA cams...

There is nothing very special about it. 33/37 gear set and a EP limited slip 3.33 diff. (3.73 FDR) Nice big cooler. And it was fitted with the 4t60 shaft.

It broke an axle, which messed up the LSD a bit but the trans DID NOT let go in any way.

(It was actually my fault. Car had no business on that track that day with absolutely no track prep.)

It's serviced every couple of months and with over 1000 runs over three seasons, and not a whimper.

It's just built right by a guy who knows what the heck he is doing.

Shifts very hard, chirps the DR's on the 1-2 shift.
