ok so ive had the LT1 lifter springs inside my lifters for awhile now and all seems good.
way back in June i came across a set of LS1 lifters uber cheap on ebay so i grabbed them.
finally got around to taking one apart last night and did some measuring on the springs.
the LS1 main spring is around 1mm bigger than the LT1 main spring. the check ball springs appear to be the same size.
overall height of the two springs appears to be the same or within a hair's distance.
now would it be worth it for me to pull my lifters while i have the engine apart sometime in the near future to seal the valley's better, and swap out the LT1 springs for the LS1 springs.
