Intake, as far as like a CAI (cold air intake)? If so, then yeah.... there are some out there. APoC is a company that comes to mind, as well as RSM.

Or you can buy the piping and some couplers and build your own...........

I found this site that makes an intake for 3.4 and 3100. I was wondering if anyone has tried this intake before and if it is any good???

Is RSM the only one that makes an intake for a 3100 engine. I would like to find one cheaper. Where could i get the parts for a custom intake??

Check around at some exhaust shops for the tubing. I bet some might even have some pieces that they would call scrap that you could have for pretty cheap. As for the couplers, any hardware store should have them (PVC pipe couplers should work).

The only "aftermarket" intake I've ever seen was this one http://www.turboz24.com/Pics/Unknown_Manifold.JPG

Unfortunately as the title suggests, I have no idea who made it (I asked a lot of manifold companies). The pic is from the GM Performance Manual from HP books.

Isn't that just a gen2 base with the aftermarket webber adapters?
Why pay someone to do the work, it costs alot and you don\'t learn s*^t!!!

The ports are standing too tall for it to be a stock Gen 2 base.
