  • Mechanical Gauge installation

I'm building a www.StalkerV6.com which, as you may know is powered by a 60 degree V-6.
I've converted my 94 3.4 Camaro to a Holley 4 Barrell Carb intake and a conventional distributor.
As I opted for mechanical gauges (Oil Pressure, Oil Temp and Water Temp) I'm at a loss to figure where to install the various sensing units.

(BTW, I did find some kind of sender unit in the oil pan near the oil pump - Is that just a "No/Low oil sensor" ?
    TIA, Jim
    Be well,

"T" off the oil pressure sensor and install your gauge there. the oil pressure sensor is located around the Oil filter area. in some cases there is a oil plug in the adapters (if the Fbody used the filter adapter) that route the filter down instead of right out of the block.

the pan unit is a Low oil sensor.
