          I think I read somewhere the other day that Mark from MP Racing is running 8.0:1 for a boosted setup.

            my stock 3.1 is 8.9. iirc, Curtis had 8.5 for his boosted 3.1.

              Absolutely true. 8.0:1 forged bottom-end with a small Garrett snail.

                According to the CR calculator, and if the 3400 heads are indeed 28.6cc, I'm running 8.5:1
