I have Pace Setter headers on my 88 Camaro and I'm very happy with them. I've Never had a problem with them. They fit like a glove and they have all the emissions crap (EGR and O2) which I need in Canada for AirCare. I just wish I would have spent the extra $100+ for the SS though, But my set with the Y-pipe was I think $260CAN, gaskets were garbage though.

I've written s&S about their package they sell to see if it's a direct bolt on to my application as well as if the cat they sell with it will allow for my car to pass emissions testing .. lets hope they write me back lol the jokers at pacesetter dont seem to know what replying to an email means

you can pick up SBC headers all day long for less than $400....

but being not such a popular application for performance, we have to suffer additional cost...

Yes, I'm used to $99 Chevy block huggers and $79 DynoMax long tubes. I guess I'd end up making my own before I spent that. There's only $20 worth of materials there.

The headers for my '94 Ranger 4.0 cost about $250. The headers for my V8 Monza were right at $500, but came with engine mounts.

You could hang a nice turbo in there for that kind of money.
