sigpicHow to make High performance Emissions:
A "true" High flow converter, straight pipe.
Low/No flow EGR valve, block off plate.
Carbon canister and purge valve mod, place in large 30 Gallon can, cover, and place curbside, the city will do the rest.
PCV valve and vent tube, reroute to exhaust to dump where it belongs, on the ground. Or add breathers and let it all free.

I'd just stick with a roots blower if supercharging is what you want. Hard to beat for the price and they have better bottom end than whipples. And the efficiency isn't that much less. You can always have them ported and have the cases and rotors coated too which increases the efficiency. Then there is the new gen6 design too like used in the ZR1 and caddy. New case design and 160 degree twist on the rotors made a huge jump in efficiency.'97 Grand Prix GT 3800 (sold)
