Everything on my car is open and above board..

    Absolutely 100% untouched '05 3500 from a Malibu.

3t40 with 3.73 FDR and EP LSD.

S&S Alero headers modified by Jon (3400-modified)

225-50-15 BFG Drag radials on crosslaced wheels.

The trans is bullet-proof and the OBD-1 tune is by Rodney, and it just keeps getting quicker/faster.

I certainly meant NO DISRESPECT and apologize if I did.

    I'm sorry.
None taken! I got the new job and it pays well! I start in 2 weeks. So now I am going to go for the radical 3500 build. rob already knows some of it. I'm looking into all kinds of things, first things first, know where i can buy a whipple? I tried writing them and they keep asking me for my application when all I want is the damn blower, snout, and pulley!
sigpicHow to make High performance Emissions:
A "true" High flow converter, straight pipe.
Low/No flow EGR valve, block off plate.
Carbon canister and purge valve mod, place in large 30 Gallon can, cover, and place curbside, the city will do the rest.
PCV valve and vent tube, reroute to exhaust to dump where it belongs, on the ground. Or add breathers and let it all free.

I asked for flow data too! I forgot that was in the letter. No, I have yet to recieve a letter from whipple. Injected Performance is who answered me on the reman.

I'd just stick with a roots blower if supercharging is what you want. Hard to beat for the price and they have better bottom end than whipples. And the efficiency isn't that much less. You can always have them ported and have the cases and rotors coated too which increases the efficiency. Then there is the new gen6 design too like used in the ZR1 and caddy. New case design and 160 degree twist on the rotors made a huge jump in efficiency.
