If you can find a forum where I mentioned this please send it to me in a PM because I honestly do not remember ever saying anything to that effect. as for the "forum regular" thing... well it seemed like a honest enough way of describing myself since I have been a member of most of the forums I have joined at least long enough to show that I am an honest contributing member even if I have not posted enough to have the "newbie" title changed. as for what this company carries now or will carry in the future as they gear up for this product roll out...the answer is yes just ask out loud do they carry... the answer is by the time of product rollout yes the will have it. as for not naming names there is a reason, no one involved wants names mentioned yet.
data, I do not know anything about that, I am just the guy that owns the test mule.
this was posted to get peoples interest up and to share some personal good news. it is only "vaporware" to you for a short time and the dreaming will end soon.
Excerpt of what you posted on Grandamgt:
and here he mentions some things he is thinking about offering us grand am owners...
"The things I would consider would be headers, a centrifical supercharger kit using the ATI Pro-Charger, a turbo kit, my automatic transmissions, manual transmission and complete swap kits, software, etc, etc. But that would be much later on because of all the development that goes into it."
So they will have Single Roller Timing Chains, Billet Throttle Bodies, CNC Ported Heads and Manifolds, Supercharger Kits, 5 Speed Swap Kits, 4t65e Swaps Kits, Comp Camshafts, Full Roller Rockers, Forged Pistons, External Crank Triggers, Billet Motor Mounts, Turbo Headers, Headers for N/A Applications..... If they are going to have all this at roll out, they won't ever be rolling out. One thing to know is that you will never have everything under one roof. Work on quality projects that set yourself apart from others. My self like many others are willing to pay more for quality, however it must be a proven design.
I have more going on in my garage at the moment than we will see from you in the next 6 months. This includes a 4t65e swap with custom axles, mounts, wiring harness and GM code, Billet motor mounts, Two 3500 engines with the forged steel cranks, and a supercharger setup that I am planning on installing once I get one of the 3500 motors in the car.

okay, whatever you people say. believe what you want to believe. it's just sad that with all the negative things that have come down the pipe it has left so many people only able to see the negative. all i wanted to do was share something positive that i know is going to happen but evidently there is an inability to believe. I guess it's good there is no santa claus because if I did believe it you guys would kill my buzz

**cracks open another**
Still have 10 supercharged cars and 4 turbocharged cars under the belt. What exactly are you giving us over what's already available? Price on said kits, what is the parts used?
Seriously, we are no daming you for wanting to expand the v6 realm, but when you tell us we can get all we need under one roof on an engine the company is NOT known for, where is the trust and fellowship? You/we have a tight nit community, if said company actually is interested in making parts for our cars, where have they been for the last few years?

What you have inclined is that this un-mentionable company, is going to be offering everything that is currently available and more and it is coming down the pipe. Developing quality products is not something that happens overnight. It all takes time, months of R&D, and then a testing phase. Basically what you are saying is that this company is going to do more than anyone has ever done with these engines and it is coming soon. Hate to break it to you, but this site wasn't created yesterday. If you dig you will find lots of interesting things.... such as the one off individual TB setup that CNCguy made.2000 Grand Am GT

True. We've been waiting for higher ratio rocker arms since, what, November of last year? I just don't see this happening, if at all, any time within the next couple of years. That is, if these parts are true quality and been proven to be.

Thanks, it is a work in progress as you can see the cardboard template in the picture for the design of the mounting brackets. I also need to get the correct length for the drive shaft and finish up the bearing housing. Basically a list of parts and rough drawings, then a trip to the machine shop to get everything machined.2000 Grand Am GT

Wow guys I didnt know that this site had so much confrontation!! haha I think we should ride this out let the guy talk and we shall see if any good comes out of it. If it does then GREAT!! If it doesnt, then why waste your time and look like an idiot in front of everybody on this forum? Lets just hear the guy out and stop all the accusations we all would be a bunch of idiots if he ACTUALLY DID come through with this.
Personally IMHO Im gonna support this guys effort if it is all true and even if it isnt. We NEED a hi-po aftermarket and I'm gonna do my part to contribute the "want" for these parts because lets face it a company WILL NOT produce a product if the market is unstable meaning if there isnt a demand...then why make it? All they will do is waste money. Its simple economics. And if we chastise this guy and thereby questioning this company's ability to make the parts then whos to say that they will ultimately not make the parts? You know they may be watching this site....I mean it DOES have EVERYTHING they need to know about the 60.sigpic

Magnuson spent ~2 yrs developing an SC kit for the GAs when they were still in production, then released it to the public. After a year or so, they sold a total of 14 kits. Lack of demand caused the kit to get canned. RSM (Z-Spec, whatever they are now) also has a SC kit. I bet they have sold less than 50 kits, many of which have failed due to poor design.
The site listed above shows kits for cars such as Corvettes. People who buy Corvettes have plenty of money and want a fast car, so they are willing to spend a few grand on an SC. The majority of people who own 60V6s want a reliable daily driver and don't care how fast it can go, let alone are willing shell out the $$ to do so. I bet the SC kit will cost more than many people paid for their car in the first place.-Brad-
