I'd probably be interested... I was just thinking about these the other day, especially when a buddy of mine started talking about playing with a plasma cutter.

I assume these are mild steel? Can you do 1/2 mild, or even 3/8 stainless? If so, I might be interested.

Do you have a picture or drawing showing what they will look like? I am interested in how the flange is layed out between the cylinders, and how it might clear the stock gaskets.

yes these are Mild steel marty. im getting them made to look like the S&S style flanges, how they are connected by a skinny piece inbetween the flanges, you will need to cut the gaskets to make these work.

or thats how i specified them to be made. we'll see what they do as far as cutting them.

Any possibility of having 3.4 DOHC flanges made? I'm sure someone here can punch the dimensions into CAD... I know that you would be able to sell a few sets!

Colin... sounds like a good enough trade for me. Guess I need to get working on that thing! Actually, it may be a couple weeks. I've only got 2.5 weeks left of school, but it seems like 50% of the semester for all of my classes are crammed into this last 2 weeks.

On the CAD note, once the spring semester is over, I start a CAD summer class...

                  G-codes is all you'll need...lol

How about some 321SS diamond shaped.?? I'd need these with a 1.75 ID with atleast a .120 x 90 champher for a tight weld. Can you get these made.......?? Oh 3/8's also...

racerx1- i dont see why youd want 1/2, 3/8 seems plenty thick but i could do it prolly.

colin- they are with the thin piece connecting them

dykz34 -- if you could get me a gasket or some sort of 1:1 scale drawing i could do them. its not really worth to get 1 made if you got a few in on it with you, or interested id do it.

xxrolin--what do you mean diamond shaped? ill inquire about the ss but it should be a go. SS may be a little more. if i had a 1:1 drawing or even the gasket sent to me i could do it...

To ALL: id rather take a batch order of a specific set. that way i dont have to go there everyday to get 1 made, as of right now ive got the 3x00 pattern, and 1 extra set here. so whoever pm's me first gets it, and if anyone else wants more just email me ctataryn700NOSPAM@hotmail.com (remove nospam in the address)
and ill wait till the end of the month or 30 days or somethin, and see whoes all interested then ill get that batch made and contine on like so so i dont have to go back and bother the guy every single time. So email me if interested in anygasket or any of your cutting needs. ill get a pic in a few minutes.

Guys if I were you jump all over this. I made my own with a plasma, and they work. But I had to do it a few different times to get it how I liekd, then I had to grind them to hell to 1)make them fit and 2) make them fit the head well.

Makign them is a pita, and these look clean.

they are clean and precise. the cuts are a little smoother than what the best plasma can do. after all it is laser. anyone who wants a set email me.

oh, i may have to go up $10US in price to $60, they are heavier than i thought, and shipping from canada to the us is not cheap. I hope you understand. Plus my time and effort. Oh, i am open to trades to knock down on price. anyone got a 3100 upper intake gaskets for the head to plenum? 94 style. if i think of anything else i need for my CHEVETTE 3100 TURBO mpfi ill let you know lol.

oh anyone know of any 3400 engines complete with accessories and such? preferably in my area lol. im also contemplating a 3400 3rd gen j-body to replace the m62 powered 2.4 one day.
