  • 86 s10 2.8L needs help.

Well I have recently got a 2.8L from a buddy that gave up on it and decided to go with a v8. Now the engine has a 502-3 holley TBI on it as well a compcam 264h cam in it. Oh yeah it also has a airaid spacer on it as well. Now my buddy told me that it kept fouling out the plugs, so tonight I finaly got it all hooked up and fired it up. Now I'm to the problems is the holley TBI injectors ment to spray realy hard? they spray none stop no pulsing. And after about 15 mins the plugs were fouled out. Please any suggestions or ideas on what's causing this and how to fix it would be very helpfull.

    Thanks
    Jake

The Holley TBI always runs rich. It is better suited to a 3.4L the way it comes out of the box. If it looks like it never stops spraying then it sounds like the injectors are screwed. Does it drip after you shut the engine off?
