Just swapping a 3100/3400 return style is the easy to use with existing stuff. 3900 however doesn't have an option to put the older stuff on, so for something like that you'd need to go to returnless.. Easier IMO to swap the 3100/3400 rail on and call it a day.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

Returnless is one less line to plumb (weight reduction, right?). I don't know how common the physical size of the 3500 injectors are, possibly harder to find aftermarkets in different flow ratings? Thats just speculation though. I have a bunch of other pics of my stock 3500 in that same folder.

returnless is usually ditched in turn for return style anyway.. the fuel recirculating back to the tank helps cool it.[SIGPIC]
