why the hell would the factory spend the time making that thing? all its gonna do is increase backpressure, right? nothing benefits from increased backpressure...

does anyone have a picture of this, i'm having a hard time visualizing it...

I had a pic a few yrs ago, not sure if i can find it. but depending on the model the funnel necks down to like 1 3/4" or so.

That's one of the main reasons the 3400 swapped Jbodies are making so much power, they run a true 2.5" downpipe.

should I pm you my address? how much you want me to spend for you? lol

tuning, injectors, exhaust sounds like a good idea. tuning equipment is the tool that you can use over and over again.

robertisaar-i hate wildlife too. hit a deer with my mom's malibu last year. i hate them so much.

ah, another fellow deer hating individual: will you join my coalition to have deer geneticly modified to have glow in the dark green fur??? /end hijack

can't say anything for tuning, i'm an obd1 kind of person, an alero being obd2, i couldn't help with that, but i do know if you spend $400 you can get a copy of HPtuner that will work with it.... just something to keep in mind.

your a very humane person. i want to just have deer season all year round until they're all but extinct. lol. i don't know about were you live, but there are wayyyy to many around here.

well, basically being able to tune a car will save money in the future. tuning around new upgrades often can make tuning tools very handy.

the nearest town has like maybe 500 people in it, and we regularly see deer just standing next to the road, acting like we can't see them or something
