i just picked up a 3.5 out of a 2005 g6 with 5000 miles on it... besides everything being different i got the computer, and wiring.. i went to look at it and kinda impulse bought it, it has a throttle by wire setup, which in a sand rail may be a very good idea.. in past rails my biggest problem was getting sand in the throttle cable.. to make everything work and leave it fuel injected what do i need to do, once again i have the computer and wiring... the computer is a late model little guy

Do you have the trans? What trans are you using? If you keep the original trans then you can use the original computer just plumb the fuel lines and go. That is if you have the other BCM modules and stuff the ECM will look for. ABS might throw a code, but I don't think that will make it in limp mode.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

You will need the pedal assembly from the vehicle and alot of wiring diagrams.
I am not sure if Megasquirt or any other aftermarket PCM's have the ability to control the Electronic Throttle, but it might be an easier option.2000 Grand Am GT
