i looked around today and what i had for spare parts and this is what i came up with
block, 3.1/3.4 crank,1 set of rods/3.1 pistons, a old 260 cam and lifters,a gen 2 top end and my other set of ported iron heads.
i dont have a stock intake for the gen 2 stuff but i do have a custom manifold i built that clears the dizzy. it just needs to be finished
i also have a wet nitrous setup that i will prolly never use on my turbo motor,its only good for upto 150 shot though.(simple soilinoid change and that can be upgraded to 200-300 shot)
the 3.1 rwd motor was what 8.9-1 cr ?
and with the gen 2 stuff it will work out to 11-1 or so
im not all to familiar with high hp nitrous setups so im unsure of a low compression or high compression build would be in order ill have to look into that
so i could prolly put this thing together with stuff i have laying around for 300 bucks or so by the time im done with bearings and gaskets.
not sure though but its deff a very tempting lil side project to do since noone has really built a motor to abuse with nitrous before
