Yes they will. they will flow better as well.
you can use the GEN3 on the GEN2's the "D" shape port is ok to use on the round Gen2 heads. as the flat part sits lower than the round port so its not a missmatch. they will bolt up fine.
they dont work the ohter way around though.
get the manifolds with the "Header" style rear instead of the log type.Colin
