3100 engine with 3400 heads and intake

I have a 98 malibu with a 3100 V6 , I have a set of 99 pontiac grand am GT 3400 heads and intake " upper and lower" are these heads compatible with my block? Any info is appreciated!

Yup, they should drop right in and use the same EGR.

I'll just say one thing as hind sight is always 20/20. If you are thinking of doing any work such as porting/polishing the intakes or any head work, have it done now before you put them on. I wish I would have just done the swap when I did my intake and head gaskets. Now I just have to wait and hold out for a new engine.

what all of the old heads do i need to use?? eg.. pushrods, headbolts...ect
I have the headbolts for the 3100 and the 3400 which should I use??

Neither! you should buy new ones.

I know that but for what engine should i get them for.. The head bolts are diffrent for the 2 engines
