      AN equivalents

      Everything is in 1/16ths

      AN-4 = 4/16th's (1/4)
      AN-5 = 5/16th's
      AN-6 = 6/16th's (3/8ths)
      AN-7 = 7/16th's
      AN-8 = 8/16th's (1/2)

      Yadda, yadda.

4, 6 and 8 are the most commonly used in automotive applications.

You think it's a go ahead for the Saginaw to AN adapter fittings or am I stuck with my plan B?

Jegs and summit have this one only:
Performance Automotive Parts from Accel Billet Edelbrock MSD VDO. JEGS is the source for performance parts with Same Day Shipping.

I would like one for the 5/16" side and I'd like to have female AND male sets for both sizes.

If you can do it, let me know and a price.

here's one - adapters to go from the 92+ quick disconnect fuel lines to the older threaded style. I don't think that's the thing being discussed above unless i'm lost. this would be for anyone doing a 3xoo swap on a 91 and older vehicle. make the 3x00 fuel lines connect directly, without dangerous compression fittings or fuel injection hose/hose clamps.

The material came in today and we plan to start processing 50 sets next week.
Can we get an update on the single roller TC? The last post about them was back in February.

The Single Roller setup got pushed back for several reasons with the biggest being that we took over operations of killerbv6.com. Redesigning some products, building new fixturing, building up inventory and adding a new website has been time consuming and a drain on resources. We are in the process of doing a 3900-T5/MGB swap but things should start to ease up in mid June. Sorry that I don't have better news for you or a more exact timeline.

RWD DIS wheel for 3.1/2.8 iron heads?

I would be willing to machine an adapter for you current trigger wheels if you already have something designed

John.... It's on my list of things to do but down the list a ways. Hopefully, I can get back on some projects in late June. Time and money. Right now, my big project is getting this MG swap done as I hope to take it to a meet in early June.

                    I hear ya

Having access to the kind of equipment you and I have makes us busy. I'm really sick of doing these 5-20 part jobs that we are promised the production runs, only to find out the prototypes are being shipped overseas to be reproduced

I was just ribbin ya anyways, I have one of your DIS wheel kits here and just haven't gotten around to making adapters to fit the RWD pulley setup. I'm pretty sure it will work with some sort of spacers, finding time is another story.

                    • Bump for another update on single roller TC?
How'd the MG meet go? Did the swap go alright?

                      • Nothing to report at this time and, no, I didn't make it to the meet. To many distractions and side projects. The MG is close.... have some wiring left and a few odds and ends to wrap up. Will most likely start back on the SR TC sets later this month.

                        • Your tasty conversion parts have had me window shopping for MGBs lately... A lightly modded 3500 with a T-5 in one of those with a road race spec suspension would be a blast for my next project.

                          14.60 @ 96.33 for now...

Glad to hear you will be working on the single rollers, I was starting to look into getting a stock 99 timing set cryo treated for my engine build.

                            • Hopefully we will be able to start on them soon. It really depends on work load. I have a potential customer who is interested in an MGB conversion by late August. We also may be getting a '22 Olds (wood spoked wheels and band brakes) in that needs the drive train detailed and reinstalled. It will be due in late August as well. Those projects could tie us up for a little while. If we get both of these projects, I will probably bring someone else in to lend us a hand till we get caught up. With business being so slow in Dayton, I know a couple of very talented guys who are looking for some part time work. It would be a win-win for both of us.

                              • Update: The single roller timing chain sets are in the process of being machined. Crank gears are blanked out and we will start blanking cam gears later this week. I won't commit to a finish date until they are at the gear cutter and I have a date from him.

The sprockets are being made from induction hardened alloy steel and, like the double rollers, will have 5 keyways providing up to +/-6 degrees of adjustment.

I am working on another product as well that may interest some of you. We will most likely be offering an LS6 spring kit to upgrade your lifters. The price should be around $25 a set which would be much cheaper than buying a set of lifters to rob the springs from.
