I know many have crossed the EPA regulation limits, but it's people like that who try to profit from others ignorance that I'd like to turn in to the authorities. It's shameful like PepBoys selling the turbinator for your intake to swirl the air that it impedes to increase your fuel economy and power.

It would be interesting/scary to get scan data with that thing installed.

If you scale and overlay the HP and torque curves, they don't cross at 5252 RPM.

                Oh's Noes!!!!

Check out this one, Stage 3 Surge O2 Chip 15-40 HP Gain!

"STAGE 3 Surge/O2 Chip is a fully adjustable, programmed performance control unit designed for all vehicle fitted with ECU, simply wires inline with the factory harness of the IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor and into the plug of Oxygen sensor(s) in the exhaust. You will receive crisp acceleration, much more horsepower and torque, lower quarter mile times and surprisingly increased throttle response. Installation is easy, no - special tools or expertise required. Gain +15-40 additional HP, and extremely dynamic acceleration by up to 30 % in contrast to factory engine performance. It works in conjunction with stock ECU and will not affect engine reliability or endurance. Original ECU program is in process, but the signal of STAGE 3 is overwriting it in each microsecond resulting richer air/fuel ratio, accordingly delivering peak horsepower, torque and acceleration."

holy crap! that one is even better! hahahahahaha!!! that does take a bit of thought to have a successful non disruptive useless interface with the PCM without harming emissions or the engine (i'm assuming). unless they mean bypassed when they say adjustment and microchips. and i'm sure there are dumbasses that actually buy it and somehow feel those 40 horses.

funny how lots of people new to the EFI world feel that richer = more power. i've seen so many civics that have 1/2 of their bumpers black where the fart can is.

I'd say the idiot that thought this up has something in common with PT Barnum.
