          i do not have pictures of the heads on my motor but these somewhat resemble mine, mine have just been done a lil further
          this was a set i did for somone else by hand

              this is awesome.

              what are you shooting for power wise?

              and why did you stay w/ the 3.1 and not go 3x00?

              The new Z06 exposes European sports cars for what they really are....overprice, underperforming snobs.

                i have no power goal in mind, im just goping for 10.90 et's so i can run in super street (heads up on a .400 pro tree with a 10.90 index)

                #1 im anti 3x00 head swap, though i will admit i would much rather run a fwd block just for the better oiling system and roller cam
                #2 the money saved reusing the iron heads was put into other parts of the car.power is no good if u dont have the chassis for it or cant get it to the ground
                #3 i dont need them ive been doing alot of work with grand national guys and there heads flow worse then the stock 2.83.1/3.4/mpfi iron heads and they can still run in mid 11's with them stock and into the 10's ported

                cars making about 305-320whp @ 9psi on a small knockoff t3/t4 turbo
                was just about to run the car again tom but found out i have maxed out my injectors and need to go larger so im gonna be looing into 60/65# injectors for the car so i can turn the boost upto 18-21 psi for the next outing

                next year im going with either a dbb gt35r or a 66mm unit

                    they all range from 300-320

                    but i just went over my data logs and my injectors went static for the last 400 ft of my 13.00 pass so the car would have run faster had it not went to a 15.5-1 afr in the last 400 ft
                    injectors im running are good for 360-380 crank @ 90 % dc and ive maxed them which again would range in 300-320 whp

                    i really want to hit a dyno and i was supposed to but i cant afford it right now specially if im gonna have to layout 300+ for a set of injectors and who knows how much for a new turbo

                    unfortunatly my turbo is only good for 425-450 crank hp max and it looks liek im sitting right there on it
                    i may be able to borrow a set of msd 50# injectors and hit the track again but i would asume that i am not gonna get anymore then 12-14 psi out of the current turbo before it hits the choke line and just cant move ne more air

                      InjectorSize = (HorsePower * BSFC) / (#Injectors * DutyCycle)
                      For N/A BSFC = 0.45, for forced induction BSFC = 0.55
                      so (400hp * 0.55) / (6*.85) = 43lb/hr

                      (360hp * 0.55)/(6*0.90) = 36.6


                      and im also running extra fuel presure = to 55 psi on the rail with 9 psi of boost this in turn turns my injectors into 42 # injectors wich as stated above come out to just under 400 crank

                        V6 - Not taking any chances - got a set of these on the way for when the new turbo goes on 442444 paying 55 bucks each bushed for the smaller pins on the v6 pistons :eek: gota love it when ur old sponsors come back threw for pet projects manley was a sponsor of our old tad dragster and now that we dont have it anymore...

                        You don't compute hp from how much fuel you have to throw at it. I bet your setup isn't nearly as efficient as you believe it to be. Its a guideline for injector sizing, nothing more.
