    Here's the set-up. '92 Beretta.

3500, S&S headers, 65mm TCE TB, 3:73 FDR with an EP LSD.

    Motor is 100% uncracked stock.

I have been shifting at 6000 RPM, but it really seems that it is still pulling hard.

How good are these valve springs/cam specs?

    Thanx.

do you have a dyno close?

the springs are similar to the LS1 so they should be ok till about 6500 or so, a quick run on the dyno would show you where it's making the most power.

If you can hold it in gear then you can do what Dave said. But with Bfest NE coming up fast, I doubt you will have time.

6500 shouldn't be out of question though. Stock limiter in the g6 is 6k?

I would guess with that combo, 6400 is about peak power.

I'll get this engine to a dyno over the winter when it's in the new car.

For now it seems quite happy in the 6000-6200 range. I'm not sure I really want to take it much farther than that, DO I?

                Thanx folks.
