I used a 5 pice carbide burr kit from MM tools on ebay. Theyre 3in long. Wish I got at least one 6in burr to get to the deeper places. Even though my CB were not for aluminum, they chewed fast thrugh it but loaded up the bit with aluminum if I wet full speed on the air tool. Perfered if you used a variable speed air tool, some are just one speed. Or hard to controll slow or too fast. AirCat is a good one. Used tranny fluid. Its a dirty job but its worth it. Go slow and get a good hand on the tool or it will walk away from you. Used flap wheels with sand paper from Home depo to smoth out the porting surface using a rotory tool.

If you go air, the astro pneumatic T210 is by far the best I have ever use. At under 30 bucks, its a steal. Japan bearings make a difference. My first lasted 7 years and I used it much more than most people will. I now have 2, for backup cause using anything else just sucked. Vibration when porting is a major turn off.Ben
