I messed up!

I need some help deciding what to do.....
I bought the wrong heads for my engine rebuild (2.8 ironhead in an Isuzu Trooper). I got the small valve heads (1.6in intake/ 1.3in exhaust) instead of the "HO" ( 1.72/1.42) heads.
My question is: Would 1.6 ratio rocker arms correct for this mistake? If so, where do I get them, and what valve springs should I run with them?

There is no correcting this mistake other than to get different heads. You can't make up for that size valve with more lift, cause your losing flow at all lift points. Sell them and get the correct heads if you can.
