hello my name is robert i just finished a 3400 swap in my 1989 beretta gt 5 speed.anyway i have the 2.8 injectors in for now.want to know the best way to tune my ecu when i put the 3400 injectors in? i dont have a laptop so i dont think i can do it myself! thanks

See if one of the folks on v6z24.com will burn you a chip. I believe several people over there have a tune setup for a stock 3400 with the 3400 injectors. Superdave who is on here might be able to do it.

i thought ben at www.WOT-TECH.com had one for this.

another option is www.GMtuners.com thats who is tuning my car, so far im very satisfied. im assuming they have done a few stock 3400 tunes and probly have a file for it already but the only way to know is to ask

Dunno, Ben might. I haven't kept up with the OBD1 tuning crowd. I just know there are a ton of 3400 swapped cars on v6z24

No I have not, but I will get a bit of experience with the MGB swap later. Hardly a comparison though for the FWD cars that weigh more.

some guys are gettin low 14s with a stock 3400 5spd. my best was 14.8.. OBD1 is old school in a way but there is plenty of support for it and no reason to switch imo
