3.4-3400 engine combination for drag race in Fiero using a carburetor and stand alone distributor.

Guess I might not have been clear.
Not looking for a complete motor, just a list of the best parts for the combination.

It's listed several times in various threads. You can use 3500 heads and the 3.4 pistons if you can tune for the 11.5:1 compression for more power (check out my "3rdgen fbody with 3500 heads" for more details.

I'm going to do a write-up once it's complete and have a full list of parts, but with different vehicle there may be some discrepancies.

Why not use a complete 3500?

It think your trouble will be putting a carb on the 3400 top end. Talk to Ortie666. Far as I know, he is the only one who has done it.
