    the inside dia. is it the same or is it not? and im still learning about thease cars, could i buy one , customize it and switch them out to save on downtime, i mean as far as length and how they are shaped and mount
    i love my woman, cheesecake, and going fast, get in my of any of those..your lookin for a hurtin

      I cut my exhaust off right before the cat. Then unbolted the DP.

      then cut the DP off the donut.....then took measurements and cut and welded and test fit for 3 hrs and installed it and welded teh DP to exhaust and was good to go.

      The new Z06 exposes European sports cars for what they really are....overprice, underperforming snobs.

        I like how my second downpipe with the proper 3400 manifold gasket came out, over my first one that i did that used a donut gasket and would kill those rather quick...

        What I was replacing






        And my flange setup now... This is on my red car tho, the one with the 3400 mani's and not the headers.

















        I wish I had pictures of my welds in comparison to your's LOL My first one you can see the welds weren't the best, but they were large due to the chitty cuts I made with a sawsall... this last time I used a cutoff wheel, straight cuts!
