Take out an even amount of plates so there is still an odd amount in there .

After doing research I've found that there are several issues to powering a car with hydro gas. Generating enough to power a vehicle,the best electrolyte and control voltage and some tuning issues. Some of the electroics can be bought if needed,the more efficent systems are somewhat complicated.There's a company that guranntees a minmum of a 50% increase in mileage if their mechanic installs the unit,I'm waiting on a price quote.

On a good note, hydrogen helps resist detonation.

Maybe with gapless rings you could help prevent the water contamination, but building an engine just to use a hydro gen. is kinda a waste... Tear down, new parts, labor, re-build, install. Probably cost you enough money to buy your gas for a year +.
I think as long as your engine doesn't have excessive blow by, you aren't producing more hydro than you can use and check your oil/change it normally, shouldn't be something to worry you too much.
I still have to go buy the parts and make one of these... so little time...You may or may not know 10 times what i do.

The trouble researching this is every m.f. out that's put two jelly jars together and got them to bubble thinks their an expert on the subject,so a lot of the info is "how not to built a hydro gen." Other than trying different logical approaches youself I think the key is to find someone that has a viable working system,commerical or otherwise and copy it.

Only problem with that, is most of the people that have a commercial version, don't really want you just "looking at it". There is a company in my state that makes them commercially, then let someone "look at it". Well, that someone ended up stealing it and using the design as their own. But I can't say anything because I yet to build one.You may or may not know 10 times what i do.

Not hard to change just a couple things so the patents don't cover it . If you can, pop off a couple pics of your friends installedYou may or may not know 10 times what i do.

Unless your going to install the units commercially you do'nt have to worry about patents.I did see him today and he said so far he's only seen a 3 mpg gain but he may have tuning issues.The unit he got was featured locally here on tv news and his was installed by them so it should have some kind of warranty.He is suppose to drive it in one day so I'll get pics.
