Does anyone have rough hp#s?

Would anyone happen to have some rough hp #s for a turbo 3400/3500? I know of some #s but I see so many different one and I dont know what people have. Im trying to get an idea on mine. Yes I know that all cars/builds are different and my sleezy-e will make a difference which is why i want rough #s. Im hoping for ATLEAST 300fwhp. Anyone think thats possible with whats listed in my sig?

Also if anyone knows. On the 3x00 that have been destroyed from boost. How much was being ran at the time and was knock present? I plan to beat the hell out of my motor this time before my trans goes but I really dont want to blow the motor just in case I decide on something fun for it

on a decent tune its not hard at 10 psi to make 340-350 at the crank. ive never destroyed my engine and i beat the living shit out of it. im going to say on 10 psi youre makin 305ish whp
