    Then what open wheel organization uses turbos? I know the one I'm thinking of usually run high double digits into the low triple digits.

        This is from the CART rule book from 2003...if it changed for 2004, I don't know, and what it converts to in lbs of boost


        9.5.4A.1. The allowable intake manifold pressure shall be limited to a
        maximum pressure of forty-one and a half (41.5) inches of mercury
        absolute for road and street course events for the 2003 season. The
        allowable intake manifold pressure shall be limited to a maximum pressure
        of thirty-nine (39) inches of mercury absolute for oval events for the 2003
        season.

          Yea CART is still turboed. All are fitted with BOV's before each race that are set by the officials.

              Wow...they've lowered it a bit, then. Used to be that the motors ran upwards of 60psi of boost!
