    Well i wasn't told that it was for iron heads but if you want here are the part numbers for the springs and retainers
    P/N12363215 - springs
    P/N12363216 - retainer

    Okay if i were to ditch this idea what would be more horsepower for the dollar, i know your 3500Z is one nasty car very nice

      If you allready bought the cam i may know someone who is looking for the H260-2 for his gen2 build..

      I'd go with a stage 1 or 2 from the WOT-tech store, toss in some Comp 26915 springs (26915-12 on Summit) then of course.. tune it

        Well ill keep that in mind, everythig with cam, retainers and springs was almost $300 if anything i'd like to get at least half that.

          So does anyone know what i should do about the lifters cuz all my friends are telling me i need to use flat tappet lifters and where could i get a set.

            so you are going to use that cam then?


            flat tappet lifters can be purchased at any parts store.. just ask for lifters that fit a 3.4 Camaro. you'll need to measure and order custom pushrods and also pick up a timing chain set for a FWD Gen2 engine (94 or older 3.1/2.8 ).


            I think you are going to spend more money trying to get that flat tappet cam working then you would just getting the propper roller cam for it.. lol

              ive got a brand new set of sealed power flat tappet lifters i can sell for $80
              3500, 1280 cam and PR, ls6 valve springs, port and polished heads, ported lim, ported uim, 4.3 70mm tb, ported trueleo headers and y pipe ALL FOR SALE (minus the car)
              96 LT4 6spd corvette. 355, AI 215cc LT4 Comp CNC Heads, Prope SRS pistons, Ported intake, ARH long tubes, Corsa Indy Pace 4:10 gears
              2012 Chevy Sonic Turbo 6spd

                Yeah sell that cam and get the proper cam that works in the 3100.
