They will bolt to the block. But your intake will not bolt to the heads. You will have to use the whole 3400 top end. But your injectors will plug into the 3400 fuel rail. So all you will need to do is come up with a bit of custom wiring, hoses, brackets, fuel lines, EGR system and some other do dads I cant think of right now.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. I don't know what was used for pistons in that year but, I know that some engines with the dished pistons will have high compression that will run off pump gas. But, if you have flattop pistons I would assume the compression could be too crazy to use pump gas.
I have dished 3.1 RWD-style pistons with Gen III 3x00 heads and the compression is figured to be a little over 11:1.
If you get the 2000+ intake setup you should defenitely notice a difference over what it was before.

Good question. I dont really know. 3.4L pistons do have a slight dish in them but no eve close to the dish of an aluminum head engine.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma

because with all this discussion im thinkin about just throwing the 3400 top end on my car and calling it done for a while if i can get away with running 93 octane
yes the 3.4L has a small dish on the pistons .. it appears to be around 6CM in diameter, and about a MM deep which is a 2.82 CC dish approximatley3.4L camaro some goodies

Yes but, they do have some areas that could be a potential hot spot. But, unless you really know what you are doing, it is better off left alone.

Plus if you tried to do it by hand there is no way inhell you wil get them all exactally the same. Might get 1 chamber with 10:1 and another with 11:11993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma
