Is a 3100 able to be directly dropped into the place of my 3.1? 5spd and all will bolt up?

It is basically a drop in however you will need a custom front mount (which is avaliable from "Six_Shooter" on www.v6z24.com. There are a few wires that need to be moved around in the harness and you'll need a chip to run it decently (also avaliable on V6Z24.com) -
