          very nice, i really like the lope, i may do that some day to mine, but for now ill keep it tuned down with a smooth idle and slight dur...very nice tho does sound like some of the older cars i dynod the other day

            Well since this is my project and toy, there was no reason to keep it toned down I cant wait till I get the full exhaust hooked up so you can actually hear the ping of the headers

                Just finished reading through this thread, that car sounds absolutely amazing! So how much power do you expect to get out of that?

                  Bens cam simulation with my mods showed ~290 crank HP, but I think thats using a ported 3500 upper plenum, mine is a large port 3100 ported. I can always change that too.

                    So thats a large port 3100 with headers, ported heads (with comp springs) and performance cam? What else are you planning on doing?

                      no its a 3400/3500 hybrid 3400 lower end with a 3500 top end and then just a large port 3100 upper for the ease of install in my car.

                      Its got headers, 65mm tb, the cam, 3 angle valve job, springs, full gasket matched, buffed combustion chambers, and it will have a CAI as well.

                      And then if that doesnt get me into the low 13's, I'm also putting my nitrous system on it, so that will be a 100 shot, which dynoed at 60whp gain once before.

                          Oh ok, I got horribly confused there. I thought you were pulling those numbers with a 3100 which was crazy at the time. Well, it still is crazy, looking forward to seeing it completed!

                          I'm still debating on what I'm doing with mine, whether I am sticking with the 3100 or upping to the 3400.

                                Well wheres the vid clip so we can hear the new muff?

                                That last pics looks like mandrel but just slip fitted and not welded or clamped yet.
